It's beginning to look alot like Christmas............

It's Christmas Eve here downuder and I thought I would share with you a few Christmas things :)  I bought a Christmas wreath from Target last year and this year I added all the baubles and ribbons to it!  Gotta love Pinterest for inspiration!!!

Aussie Scrap Source:
I was asked to create some Christmas Decor and here is what I came up with.
I created this shabby Christmas wall decor using the Pink Paislee City Sidewalks collection.

I used 6 styrofoam balls and layered, folded, tore pieces of paper and added lace, ribbons and twine.

Next up I wanted to share my December Daily.  This is the first time I have done a DD, I really tried to keep it simple!  This is probably as simple as it gets for me!!!!  I still haven't added any photos to it but I have made sure photos have been taken daily.....this will be my new year job now that all other assignments etc are out the way :)
I used an American Crafts 8 x 8 binder and took out the inserts and created my own pages.  Here is my front cover.

I won't bore you with every detail but here are some of the pages and I am sure you will get the idea!!!

(Had to add a little pink in here for my birthday on the 21st)

And just leave you with a few photos of the boys helping put the tree up and our xmas photo shoot!  I am incredibly blessed to have these little people in my life, I feel the luckiest Mumma in the world :)

Wishing you all a very Merry Christmas, I appreciate everyone of you dear followers and friends!!!
I must get off here, I must play Santa now!
Love to you all, see you in the new year.......we are off for a relaxing time on Keppel Island after Christmas (I can tell you I need it)!!!!!!

Scrappy happenings...........

So much going on at the moment, Christmas festivities, deadlines and CHA creating!!!  So here is a post sharing some of my recent works.
This layout was featuring the Glitz collection Your's Truly.
"You Can Never Have Too Much Happy"

The elephant is just the cutest :)

I loved the garlands and banners of this collection.

Next up is Webster's pages using the Once Upon a Halloween collection.  Kobi's facepaint was a perfect photo to scrap with this collection.
"1st Face Paint"

Cameos and the transparency spiders......

One of my assignments this month was Project Life.  I used a different take on the PL concept and opted to create a mini album.
"Love and Fun Live Here"

My pages.....loads of journalling here, which I don't normally do alot of.

Here is a Prima tag that has been shared on the blog recently.  Very shabby and do you spy the Prima packaging I used?

I created this card for Cooper's teacher.  Don't forget that Shimmerz are still offering an awesome deal.  All you have to do is mention my name in the comments section of your order and choose 1 Shimmerz product of your choice absolutely FREE!!!!!!!

Okay, time to get off here, I am sooooo tired, it's catching up on me.  The big boys are having a sleepover tonight at Nanny's so I am hoping for a nice sleep in tomorrow :)
I hope to get back here sooner rather than later with my December Daily to share!!
Have a fantastic weekend (what's left of it),

New Shimmerz layout!

Hello!!  Hello!!  Just popping by with a new Shimmerz layout I created :)
Here I have used the following Shimmerz products:
Coloringz in Mandarin Mai Tai and Heidi Ho Blue
Spritz in Mango Madness and Treasured Hyme
Vibez in Hot Fudge
Shimmerz in Antique Lace, Apricot and Tickle Me Turquoise
Blingz in Under the Sea
I really love the blending of all these colours together with a touch of Gesso.
"Everyday I Love You"

I have a splash of everything in here along with the Shimmerz!  A little Prima, Websters, Basic Grey, Hambly and of course lots of other treasures like shells, florist vine, bandage wrap and washi tape!

That's it for today, the weather is hot, hot, hot so think we are heading into the pool again!!!
