He loves me:)

Just a little piccie from before we went out for dinner the other night for our Anniversary...we had a lovely night (even if it was only for a couple of hours without the kids), thankyou for all your lovely comments!
Ummm.....do you think I am spoilt much? These are my new Prima flowers which I received today and yesterday:) I told Tim not to buy me a bunch of flowers which he always does for our anniversary....instead I opted for the Prima kind! Where to start with all this gorgeousness:)
And we totally love these 2 little guys to bits.....Cooper looks so grown up in this pic (my big boy is nearly 3) and Kobi just gets cuter and cuter by the days:)
Now onto some layouts. "Cooperbot"- we really do call him that sometimes!!! I used up some old rubons, did a little misting and painting and as usual loads of layering:) See my little robot from Kittyrobot? Bit cute hey?
I finally created a Christmas layout for Kobi from last year:) Not fussed on it but it's still more piccies scrapped...... I used some Sweet Vintage goodies, Such Sweet Tierney chipboard buttons and a little mushroom from Kittyrobot:)
Lastly, I love this cute little one of the boys......I have got some really adorable pics of them lately being all kissy and cuddly:)
A few Prima flowers in there and the cute duckie feltie from Sass:)
Okay, off to start another layout, night night all!

Computer problems....

I have a new computer as of today! Hubby has changed jobs and therefore our Router/Modem was taken off us as his last company owned it (he worked from home). Anyways since last weekend we have been having major issue with the internet and trying to get it to work with the new equip. we bought. Thought we were onto a good thing after about his 3rd trip to Harvey Norman and comes back home to connect it up this morning and our old computer makes a big crack, sent the safety switch off and had a little smoke coming out of it........so then off to get a new computer (thank god for interest free). I am so hopeless with computers so now I am back to square one and trying to learn this new Windows 7.

Anyway, I just have a little share which I did last week. It is Leeann's doodling sketch from over at The Boxx. Very fun to do but couldn't help but add some flowers and one of Jodie Butler's flowers. "Daddy's Got You Babe".

I hope you are all having a fantastic weekend. We had a 1st birthday party this afternoon, the boys had loads of fun and they won TWICE each at pass the parcel (lucky kidlets)!!

Thankyou so much for all the gorgeous comments you girls have been giving me lately....I wish I could scrap more often for you:):) Hugs to you all!

Look what I received today in the mailbox....

My package from JodieButler that I won!! They are all so gorgeous and I especially love the funky coloured doillies! A massive thankyou to Jodie:)

"Heartbreaker" - I am trying really hard to use up lots of my stash before I start buying anymore. I used more Sass and MLBOW, Prima flower and also some really old Chip Chatter alphas:) What do you think about these colours? I think very pretty (even for a boy), I rarely use pink on the boys pages so thought I would be something different to put a tiny bit of it in:)

A close up......spot my little Maya Road rubon, it's so cute, I just rubbed it onto transperancy paper before mounting onto my layout:)
I have a couple of layouts in the newest issue of Scrapbook Creations (Vol75) Woo hoo, they are full pages too which is a first for me:) I just had a quick squiz the other day at the Newsagent, I haven't received my copy yet.

"You're A Hoot"
"Life Is Sweet" -

Okay, now I am still gathering up some stuff to give away.......Can anyone give me some tips on hosting a RAK! I have never done one before. I have so much older stuff I would like to give away but I am not sure if anyone would be interested as it isn't the newest stuff on the market. What do you think? There are lots of patterned papers, Prima flowers and alphas but I am still grabbing lots more random stuff that may not be packaged.

I must toddle off to bed now, good night all:)

Woo hoo.......I'm on a Design Team!!!!

London has given me the opportunity to work on her Design Team at SuchSweetTierney ........her buttons are soooo funky and you have probably seen alot of them on my previous layouts:) This should be really fun working with the other girls and I can't wait to receive my first lot of goodies and start playing!
Here's me and my boys.... "My 3 Loves"......... This kind of didn't come together how I imagined but I do LUV the bright pink Rouge De Garance paper:)

"Always Playful".......Using up some more Sass Monsters and Fancy Pants. Tim really does refer to himself as the "Human Jumping Castle" sometimes!!Oh lookie, it's a MLBOW birdie pin!Lastly, I will leave you with a piccie of the boys from a couple of days again having a fun in the puddles and rain.....later on that day they decided to go for a swim in their sandpit which was some big puddles...they had an absolute ball:) Kobi wearing Coop's raincoat too....so cute:)Thanks so much for checking out my step-by-step, feel free to have a go and let me know if you do!!! Step-by-step layout:)

Here is my little layout of Kobi which I would like to share with you my step-by-step. It is a such an imperfect photo but I just thought it was too cute not to scrap....it is a little blurry. I hope you like it.
"Perfect to me"
Step 1: Firstly I bubble wrapped my cardstock, I am so hopeless with this technique so I always go for the messy look. I also rubbed some more paint on with my finger.
Step 2: Using my Kaisercraft paint tubes I created swirls as is out of the tube, no need for a paintbrush, this made the paint quite thick.
Step 3: I then added orange in the same process. There you have the background.
Step 4: I then ripped up this sheet of Scenic Route pp, this was double sided. I teared the 2 pieces and curled up the edges with my fingers and then added a little of black ink to the edges. I glued onto my page.......naughty me though didn't wait for the paint to dry.....that could of turned out badly but luckyily it didn't.
Step 5: I ripped a strip of material and glued it down gathering with my fingers as I was going. I then added my photo with foam layering tape. Still naughty me the paint hadn't dried....but at this point I did go to bed and it dried overnight.
Step 6: I am sorry, but there should of been another photo in here between these 2 but I accidently deleted it off my camera....oops! Anyways, here is where I start to add embellishments. I had an old doily laying around and glimmermisted it. I handmade the kite using felt and patterned paper and some thin ribbon. I cut out circles from scraps of material and frayed the edges and layered them on top of each other. I added some buttons from mlbow. I made some clouds with felt and added the cloud button from mlbow. I then added the Maya Road snail that I embellished with pp and felt.
Step 7: I then added the title and cut out some circles from the Scenic Route paper and added them with foam layering tape.
Step 8: I added more embellishments (surprised??)..... another mlbow Birdie, how cute is he! I also finished the title, added some hearts and made the grass below the snail by cutting up some plain chipboard and painting.
Step 9: I added my dragonflies. They were Kaisercraft rubons that I rubbed onto white cardstock. I cut out and folded up the sides. Lastly I added a wee little bit of doodling and some extra little clouds.
That's all for now, I hope this was easy to understand and happy scrapping xx
